The Xantrex XPower Powerpack 1500 gives you portable AC and DC power when you need it. It combines a rechargeable battery, built-in inverter, AC outlets, and 12V DC power in one rugged unit.
You can use the powerpack for many common electronics and appliances. It supplies 1350 watts of continuous AC power. In addition, it can provide 1500 watts for up to 10 minutes and as much as 3000 watts of surge power.
Unlike a fuel-powered generator, this powerpack does not need gasoline. Therefore, there are no engine fumes or noisy moving parts.
The rugged cart design also makes the unit easier to move. Plus, a removable waist-height handle lets you wheel it from one location to another. As a result, you can move your power source instead of carrying a heavy unit by hand.
The built-in inverter provides 115V AC power through two standard outlets. It produces modified sine wave power and includes built-in protection features.
Meanwhile, the internal 51Ah sealed AGM battery stores the energy. A separate 12V DC section can also power compatible 12V products.
The Xantrex XPower Powerpack 1500 offers several ways to recharge. For example, you can recharge it from a household wall outlet. You can also use a vehicle or a compatible solar panel with the proper setup.
Therefore, you have more than one way to restore battery power. This can be especially useful when normal household power is not available.
